School-Based BCBA Position
Navra is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a K–12 school setting in Brooklyn Park, MN. This role is ideal for a collaborative behavioral professional who is passionate about helping students develop meaningful academic, social, communication, and behavioral skills.

- Caseload and placement determined based on experience and school needs
- Collaborate closely with special education teachers, related service providers, administrators, paraprofessionals, students, and families
- Provide behavioral support across a variety of student needs and educational environments
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor student progress
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral support within the school environment
- Collaborate with IEP teams to develop and implement appropriate behavioral strategies and supports
- Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff in evidence-based behavioral interventions
- Help staff implement positive behavior supports and proactive classroom strategies
- Monitor the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven adjustments as needed
- Support students in developing appropriate social, communication, emotional, and adaptive skills
- Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, parent conferences, and other school-based meetings as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to assessments, interventions, progress monitoring, and services
- Build positive relationships with students, families, and school staff
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification required
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with children or adolescents in a school or educational setting preferred
- Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavioral practices and data collection
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary school team
