Neurolink Academy in Brooklyn Park, MN is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing team. Hybrid Schedule:
This position follows a hybrid schedule of three days per week in our Brooklyn Park clinic and two days per week working remotely.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs, to identify client needs and treatment goals
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct supervision and clinical oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BT staff
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to drive clinical decision-making and program adjustments
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of programming
• Deliver parent and caregiver training to support generalization of skills across home and community settings
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethics and insurance requirements

Requirements:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing individualized ABA programs for diverse populations
• Proficiency in supervising RBTs and behavior technicians in accordance with BACB supervision standards
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with ABA data collection platforms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload across hybrid, or in-person settings
• Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in the State of Minnesota
