We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (<\/span><\/span>BCBA<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>) to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and developing behavior intervention plans for children with autism.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>
You will work closely with families, educators, and other professionals to implement effective behavioral therapies that promote positive outcomes in various settings.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children’s behavior and skill levels to identify needs and develop individualized treatment plans.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
- Implement evidence -based behavioral interventions and monitor progress through data collection and analysis.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other caregivers to ensure consistency in the application of behavioral strategies across environments.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
- Provide training and support to staff and family members on the implementation of behavior plans.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
- Regularly review and update treatment plans based on data collected and observed progress.<\/span>

- Advocate for the needs of clients within educational settings and community resources.<\/span>

- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient confidentiality and medical records management.<\/span>

- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or special education needs.<\/span>

- Proficiency in behavioral health practices, including behavioral therapy techniques.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively for ongoing treatment evaluation.<\/span>

- Knowledge of medical documentation standards in a clinical setting.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.<\/span>
