Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides school-based educational or related services. This role collaborates with administrators, teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement while ensuring compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral services.
- Analyze student behavior data.
- Train teachers and paraprofessionals.
- Participate in ARD/IEP meetings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain documentation and progress reports.
- Ensure IDEA and TEA compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Certifications
Master's degree, BCBA certification, Texas licensure if required.
Preferred Qualifications
- School-based BCBA experience.
- Experience with autism spectrum disorders.
- Excellent data analysis and communication skills.
