Location: In-Clinic | Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year (based on experience)

Budding Behavior Therapy is seeking a compassionate and driven BCBA to join our dedicated team. If you're passionate about helping children with autism and developmental disabilities and want to build a rewarding career in a supportive, close-knit environment - we'd love to meet you.

As a BCBA at Budding Behavior Therapy, you'll provide in-clinic Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, collaborate with a team of BCBAs and RBTs, and supervise and train behavior technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ABA services to children with autism and related needs
• Supervise RBTs and behavior technicians
• Support mastery of client treatment goals
• Maintain professional communication with families and team members

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
• Master's in ABA, Psychology, or Special Education (with relevant coursework)
• 1+ year of ABA experience with children
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
