A growing ABA agency is seeking a BCBA to provide services to children with autism across homes, daycares, and schools throughout the Atlanta area.
You’ll work with trained RBTs and supportive leadership while maintaining clinical autonomy and a balanced schedule.

Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Train, supervise, and support caregivers and other professionals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Collect and review data to adjust treatment plans based on progress
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records compliant with HIPAA regulations
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Strong communication skills
