Your Role & Impact

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide supervision and support to RBTs in a collaborative, hands-on setting
  • Work closely with families and multidisciplinary team members
  • Monitor progress through data analysis and adjust programming as needed
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with professional and ethical standards

What You Bring

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • One year of experience providing ABA services to children preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
