About the Role:Brighter Mind Therapy LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Arlington Heights, IL. Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments, for clients across the lifespan
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct supervision and clinical oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BT staff
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making and program modifications
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent and effective treatment
- Deliver parent training and caregiver coaching to support generalization of skills across environments
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethics and insurance requirements
Requirements:- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Experience conducting VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, or similar skills-based assessments
- Proficiency in designing and implementing ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Strong supervisory, leadership, and mentoring skills for RBT/BT staff
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Illinois licensure (LBA) or eligibility to obtain required
