    Sterling Employment Services is assisting our client to fill immediate opportunities for BCaBA's.  We are looking for professional candidates who are motivated and invested in the field of ABA. We want the best candidates that are looking to grow in this field.

    Qualifications:

    • BACB Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst - Newly certified BCaBA's welcome!
    • Reliable Transportation

    Education:

    • Bachelors Degree or higher
    • Must pass Criminal Background Check

    Additional Requirements:

    Familiar with common assessments (i.e., VB-MAPP, PEAK, ABLLS, AFLLS).

    Computer Skills:
    Strong internet and technology skills.
    Knowledge of Microsoft Office.


    Responsibilities:

    • Implement individualized programs for children and young adults based on ABA principles that increase communication, self-help, social and play skills.
    • Utilize positive reinforcement and antecedent modification to increase appropriate behaviors overtime.
    • Manage inappropriate behaviors that occur through the implementation of Behavior Consultation with BCBAs regarding Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and other client programming.
    • Facilitate interactions with peers, coworkers, and families.
    • Keep the children motivated to learn through preference assessments.
    • Have fun with our clients while teaching them the skills that they need.
    • Other duties are assigned as needed

    Job Type:

    Full-time

    Pay:

    $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
