Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with Medicaid, private, and commercial insurance clients and will be well-versed in the latest MCO changes. This position offers the opportunity to work across a variety of settings, including clinic-based therapy, in-home ABA services, and in-school interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy to children and adolescents across clinical, home, and school environments.
  
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  

• Supervise and mentor RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) and ensure proper implementation of ABA interventions.

• Collaborate with families, school staff, and other professionals to ensure effective and consistent therapy.
  
• Stay informed of the latest Medicaid and MCO changes affecting service delivery and ensure compliance with all state and insurance regulations.
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, billing, and insurance requirements.
  
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the growth and development of our services.
  

Qualifications:

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
  
• Medicaid provider preferred; familiarity with private/commercial insurance is a must.
  
• Knowledgeable of current MCO (Managed Care Organization) changes and how they impact ABA services.
  
• Strong experience in conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and supervising RBTs.
  
• Ability to work independently across multiple settings (clinic, in-home, and in-school).
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families, staff, and external providers.
  
• Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest developments in ABA therapy and insurance practices.
