    • Total compensation: $85,000-$95,000/year between base salary + monthly bonus plans

    Responsibilities

    • Run and oversee behavioral + functional assessments - the fun ones like VB-MAPP and Vineland!

    • Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans that actually work in real life-home, community, and center.

    • Train, support, and cheer on your RBT team like the clinical rockstars they are.

    • Lead meaningful parent training sessions that empower families.

    • Collaborate with other disciplines, educators, and providers to give kids the best care possible.

    • And of course… pitch in with anything else that helps the team thrive!

    Qualifications

    • Must be licensed as a BCaBA.
    • At least a Bachelors/Master's degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum.
