Pay Range: $60,000 - $213,000 annually, depending on experience

Checkered Flag Automotive Group is looking for a BMW Technician to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA!

What we offer:

• 70% customer pay work with a 1.9X warranty to customer pay conversion rate
• 3.6 average hours per RO
• Weekly cash spiffs
• Clean, organized and cataloged special tool room to ensure you spend less time looking for a tool and more time turning hours

Your Pre-Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license with 3 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
  • Major violations in the last 3 years, such as DUI or Reckless Driving, will disqualify candidates.
