BMW Genius / Product Specialist
Location: BMW of Tenafly – Tenafly, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time • Includes Saturdays
Salary Range: $50,000–$70,000 annually
About Us
At BMW of Tenafly, we’re looking for a personable, knowledgeable professional to join our team as a BMW Genius / Product Specialist. This role is all about creating an exceptional customer experience and helping guests get the most out of their new BMW.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and engage customers throughout the showroom and delivery process
- Educate customers on BMW features, technology, and vehicle functionality
- Conduct new vehicle orientations and product demonstrations
- Assist Sales Consultants with product knowledge and customer questions
- Build strong relationships and provide a personalized experience
- Stay up to date on BMW models, technology, and features
- Deliver a high level of customer service from the showroom through delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, or automotive experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable learning and explaining automotive technology
- Professional, friendly, and confident personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Passion for BMW and the automotive industry is a plus
