Client Advisor Assistant – BMW of Ridgefield
BMW of Ridgefield, a six-time BMW Center of Excellence Award winner, is recognized as one of the top BMW Centers in the country. We are looking for a motivated and professional Client Advisor Assistant to support one of our senior, top-performing Client Advisors.
This is a unique opportunity for someone interested in building a career in automotive sales. You’ll work directly alongside one of the top BMW Client Advisors by sales volume in the region and gain hands-on experience in the luxury automotive sales process.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with day-to-day client communication and follow-up
- Help coordinate appointments, vehicle deliveries, and sales-related tasks
- Communicate professionally with clients by phone, email, and in person
- Assist with maintaining accurate client and vehicle information
- Support the Client Advisor throughout the sales process
- Help ensure each client receives an exceptional BMW experience
- Learn the luxury automotive sales business firsthand from an experienced, high-performing Client Advisor
What We’re Looking For:
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to remain organized and professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
- Interest in developing a career in automotive sales
