Responsibilities: for the BMS Engineer include: · Support the development, configuration, and deployment of Building Management System (BMS) solutions for manufacturing and facility operations. · Create and update control strategies, system narratives, points databases, and technical documentation for facility automation systems. · Troubleshoot and optimize Johnson Controls Metasys and Rockwell Automation platforms to improve system reliability and performance. · Assist with commissioning, qualification, startup, and validation activities for BMS-controlled equipment and HVAC infrastructure. · Work closely with Facilities, Engineering, Validation, and Operations teams to ensure compliance with GMP standards and operational requirements. Qualifications: for the BMS Engineer include: · 5+ years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation Systems (BAS), controls engineering, or industrial automation. · Hands-on experience with Johnson Controls Metasys and Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley technologies. · Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), and related mechanical equipment. · Experience developing sequences of operation, control logic documentation, and points lists. · Previous experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or other regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
