Join a team responsible for designing, developing, and modernizing enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions on the BMC Helix platform. This role leads complex development initiatives, drives application modernization to Innovation Studio, and delivers scalable integrations that improve enterprise service operations.

Requirements:

10+ years of BMC Helix ITSM / Remedy development experience.
Hands-on expertise with BMC Helix Innovation Suite and application migration to Innovation Studio.
Experience developing REST API integrations with enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and customize BMC Helix ITSM applications, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management.
Build workflows using Developer Studio and Innovation Studio, including Active Links, Filters, Escalations, approvals, notifications, and automation.
Develop REST and SOAP integrations with enterprise platforms such as Jira and monitoring solutions.
Design and maintain CMDB data models, reconciliation processes, normalization rules, and asset lifecycle management aligned with ITIL practices.
Develop dashboards, KPI reporting, SQL-based reporting solutions, and perform application performance analysis.
Migrate legacy Remedy applications to Innovation Studio while preserving existing business functionality.
Provide technical leadership, solution guidance, troubleshooting, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
