Everything we do at Boyne Mountain is guided by our core values: L.E.A.D.S.: Long-Term Thinking, Excellence in Execution, Attitude is Everything, Develop Great People, and Serve First. You'll bring those values to every shift, every order, and every member of your team.

Responsibilities
- Long-Term Thinking - Manage weekly product ordering and monthly inventory, keeping a forward-looking eye on what the kitchen needs, minimizing waste, and ensuring the operation is always stocked and prepared for whatever the week ahead brings.
- Excellence in Execution - Oversee the proper preparation of all food and prep items, enforce cleaning and sanitation policies, and ensure daily kitchen tasks are completed efficiently and consistently.
- Attitude is Everything - Trophy Room is a high-energy, guest-favorite spot with a busy kitchen to match. Set the tone for your team with composure, positivity, and a genuine love for the craft.
- Develop Great People - Supervise and coach kitchen team members throughout each shift: providing guidance, building skills, and fostering the kind of collaborative team environment where everyone feels supported and set up to succeed.
- Serve First - Support your Executive Chef with assigned tasks and step in wherever the kitchen needs you most. Your role is to make the whole operation run smoothly, for your team, and for every guest who sits down for a slice.
Qualifications
- You are at least 18 years old and have previous kitchen management or supervisory experience.
- You're available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- You lead by example: you're not above jumping in to prep, clean, or cover a station when the team needs it.
- You're organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage ordering, inventory, and daily operations without letting things slip through the cracks.
- You're a genuine team player who finds satisfaction in building a kitchen culture where people enjoy coming to work and take pride in what they do.
