We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Blueprint Analyst to join our team at Roomi Group Corporation. As a Blueprint Analyst, you will play a vital role in analyzing and interpreting construction blueprints, drawings, and specifications to support project planning and execution.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret blueprints accurately.
Generate precise and detailed quantity measurements based on blueprints.
Research blueprints to address inquiries regarding finishes and materials.
Utilize blueprints for calculating square feet, linear feet, or item counts.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or associate degree in a relevant field.
Proficiency in blueprint reading.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Word, Excel, PDF, and Outlook.
Strong organizational abilities.
Excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email.
Quick learner with the ability to understand and adhere to company protocols and policies.
