Blue Yonder WMS Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end-to-end implementation and migration of Blue Yonder WMS solutions.
• Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
• Translate business processes into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure core WMS modules including Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Labor, and Yard Management.
• Develop and customize reports, labels, RF screens, and MOCA components.
• Perform system integration with ERP, TMS, and automation systems using BY Integrator.
• Design and execute test scenarios for SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Lead data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Support cutover planning, go-live execution, and hypercare stabilization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across offshore and onsite locations.
• Conduct impact analysis for change requests and enhancements.
• Prepare and deliver solution walkthroughs and training sessions for end users.
• Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and test results.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, compliance, and quality standards.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or Logistics
• 5+ years in Blue Yonder WMS implementation and migration
• Strong domain knowledge in WMS processes
• Expertise in MOCA, MTF, DDA/Pagebuilder, Reports and Labels
• Experience with BY Integrator and interface development
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of SDLC and requirement analysis
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with middleware tools like MuleSoft, TIBCO
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with automation tools and RF devices
• Familiarity with global delivery models and SharePoint
• Understanding of DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines).
