Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of web-based and enterprise applications. The QA Analyst will collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop comprehensive testing strategies, execute functional and regression testing, identify defects, and support successful production releases.
Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with developers during defect triage and root-cause analysis, retest resolved defects, and conduct regression testing to prevent downstream issues.
* Validate ETL/data pipelines and data transformations by reconciling source and target systems and verifying data completeness, accuracy, consistency, and business rules.
* Support UAT by coordinating with business stakeholders, preparing test scenarios, tracking defects, documenting results, and obtaining business sign-off before production releases.
* Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
* Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to clarify acceptance criteria and edge cases before development and testing begin.
* Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing and validate application behavior across supported environments.
* Assist with test automation using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks, where applicable.
