About the Role

This role involves hands-on leadership in a manufacturing environment, focusing on driving operational excellence and optimizing performance. The position exists to train operators and ensure the production of quality multilayer or barrier films. It contributes significantly to the organization's success by enhancing the efficiency and quality of its production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and train operators in blown film extrusion processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to optimize production performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and prioritize safety in all operations.
• Maintain and enhance product quality through continuous learning and process improvement.

Minimum Requirements

• 2 years of hands-on experience in blown film extrusion, preferably with multilayer films.
• Strong technical ability for process troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Excellent self-leadership and time management skills.
• Commitment to safety as a top priority.
• 2-year college degree preferred.
