Our client, a leading manufacturer of high-quality pool and water filtration products, is seeking dependable and hardworking Blow Mold Machine Operators to join their 3rd Shift production team in Clemmons, NC.

This is a physically demanding manufacturing role ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates must be able to perform repetitive lifting, work in a non-climate-controlled facility, and maintain production standards while ensuring product quality and safety.

Job Responsibilities
As a Blow Mold Machine Operator, you will:

• Operate blow molding equipment at required production rates
• Remove excess material (flash) from molded products to ensure quality standards
• Safely transfer manufactured tanks to cooling conveyors without damage
• Perform secondary manufacturing operations and quality checks
• Conduct leak testing and assembly of completed sand filter products
• Monitor material handling systems and resin blending processes
• Make minor machine adjustments as directed by management
• Inspect products using gauges and measuring equipment
• Monitor regrind systems and ensure material integrity
• Package completed products for shipment to distribution centers
• Maintain production efficiency and product quality standards
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Complete additional production tasks as assigned by supervision

Physical Requirements
This is a very physical manufacturing position.

Candidates must be able to:

• Lift 50–60 pounds repeatedly throughout the entire shift
• Frequently lift, move, push, or pull heavy products
• Reach overhead up to 6 feet or higher
• Stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive movements during the workday
• Work safely while using trimming knives and production equipment
• Keep pace with a fast-moving production line assembling and packing large sand filters

Qualifications Previous manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, production, or blow molding experience preferred

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Dependable attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented production environment
• Must be committed to workplace safety
