A Day in the Life

You clock in, review priorities with the Production Supervisor, and take your station at the blow molding cell. Throughout the shift you:

  • Watch the blow molding machine’s control panel, gathering performance readings and documenting key metrics for the Operations Team’s process control and analysis.
  • Keep auxiliary equipment—hoppers, grinders, belts, and air pressure testers—running at peak efficiency, stepping in to safely clear jams when needed.
  • Assist with material swaps and product color changes to meet schedule demands.
  • Receive molded parts, complete assembly work on finished goods, and rotate through general assembly tasks as needed.
  • Inspect every part visually to confirm it meets quality standards; escalate non-conformances to the Production Lead or Supervisor and support sort/rework when required.
  • Run basic tests and package spouts and other components.
  • Practice 5S to keep your area tidy and safe—because great product starts with great housekeeping.
  • Pitch in on other duties as needed to help the team succeed.
