Description
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair complex blow mold and production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders to accurately diagnose and resolve issues
- Respond quickly to equipment and process concerns, prioritizing preventive (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) work
- Perform routine preventative maintenance, inspections, and pre-season equipment checks
- Conduct diagnostics and root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues
- Participate in daily maintenance activities, as well as planned shutdowns, overhauls, and deep cleaning events
- Follow up on previous repairs to ensure equipment is functioning properly and issues are fully resolved
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and adhere to all safety protocols
- Identify and report safety or operational hazards; partner with EHS and Maintenance leadership to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels of parts, tools, and supplies needed for maintenance and projects
- Provide updates on workload, project progress, and any schedule impacts or concerns
- Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of equipment, tools, and materials
- Support the development and improvement of maintenance SOPs
- Contribute to short- and long-term maintenance planning initiatives
- Accurately document and track all work performed
- Perform other related duties as needed

Headquartered about 45 minutes South of Boston in Lakeville-Middleboro, Massachusetts, our corporate office employs over 450 people in Marketing, Finance, IT, Operations, Ingredient Technology, Supply Chain, Agricultural Supply, Research & Development, Human Resources, and Communications. The majority of Ocean Spray employees are in our food and beverage manufacturing facilities in Massachusetts, New Jersey, Wisconsin, Nevada, Texas, Washington, and Florida.
