We are currently seeking a Blow Molding Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production activities at the company’s Leominster facility. This position will provide hands-on leadership on the manufacturing floor while ensuring the team meets safety, quality, productivity, and delivery expectations.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production personnel while promoting a safe, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
• Coordinate daily blow molding operations and ensure production requirements are consistently met
• Monitor equipment, production processes, and output while working closely with maintenance to address downtime and equipment issues
• Identify production problems, determine root causes, and implement effective corrective actions
• Track key production metrics and identify opportunities to improve throughput, efficiency, and quality
• Work cross-functionally with maintenance, quality, and operations teams to resolve issues and improve overall plant performance
• Ensure employees follow established safety procedures, OSHA requirements, quality standards, and company policies
• Train, coach, and develop employees while providing ongoing feedback and performance support
• Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, staffing, and employee engagement
• Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing waste and operating costs
• Help maintain consistent production standards and support customer delivery commitments

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of manufacturing supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience in blow molding, plastics, injection molding, extrusion, packaging, or a related manufacturing environment strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of production processes, scheduling, quality standards, and manufacturing systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead production teams and hold employees accountable for performance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on improving operational results
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production tracking/reporting systems
