Job Summary: Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce plastics parts parts that meet quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate injection molding machines according to production specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings (temperature, pressure, cycle time) as needed.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Remove molded parts from machines and trim excess material as required.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors.
• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning molds and machines.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).
• Previous experience in injection molding or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Basic understanding of machine operation and mechanical processes.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or production sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
