Schedule: 4x10s, Tuesday–Friday, Night Shift

We are seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS/MT) for an exciting opportunity in the Seattle, WA area!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong Blood Bank background who enjoys complex antibody investigations, advanced laboratory testing, and transfusion medicine.

Position Highlights:

• Competitive pay of $40–$64 per hour

• Four 10-hour shifts, Tuesday–Friday

• Night shift and one second-shift opportunity

• Specialized Immunohematology Reference Laboratory

• Opportunity for professional growth and advancement

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex antibody identification and investigations

• Conduct advanced immunohematology and compatibility testing

• Perform transfusion reaction workups

• Work with rare blood units and specialized testing procedures

• Maintain laboratory quality and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Biological Science, or equivalent

• MLS, MT, BB, MLT, or equivalent certification

• 2–3 years of immunohematology laboratory experience

• SBB certification preferred, not required
