We are currently hiring Blasters for our team in the Aurora area!
1st Shift: 7:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Location: Aurora Area
Position: Blaster / Production Operator
Full-Time-Temp to Hire
Responsibilities
- Operate blasting equipment according to work instructions.
- Load and unload products from the blasting machine.
- Replace and monitor blasting media and supplies.
- Inspect equipment and report any issues.
- Move completed parts to the designated washing area.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Complete daily production paperwork accurately.
- Participate in quality inspection activities.

- Previous manufacturing, production, blasting, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate blasting equipment safely and follow written work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to identify and report equipment or product issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle products and packaging as required.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
- Must follow all company safety and quality procedures.
