Must be able to complete and maintain:
Blanking Press Operator Qualifications
Operate 1000T Blanking Press and meet productivity and quality standards.
Be able to troubleshoot and resolve minor press alarms.
Crane Operator certification
Forklift Operator certification
Perform PM’s and Process Checks on stamped parts using fixed and variable gaging.
Perform 5S in assigned work areas.
Operate overhead crane.
Receive and unload coils and complete receiving documentation.
Identify and report part quality concerns to die maintenance and management.
Perform Die and coil line change overs:
