Blanker/Former Operator - Multiple Levels Based on Experience

Be part of the exciting expansion of Dart Container's Leola Campus as we bring new, state-of-the-art thermoforming lines online and expand our party cup production capacity.

As a Blanker/Former Operator, you'll play a key role in safely operating and maintaining high-speed equipment while ensuring quality blanks are produced efficiently and consistently.

If you enjoy working with machinery, troubleshooting problems, and being part of a fast-paced manufacturing team, this is an opportunity to grow with a brand-new operation from the ground up!

Available Shifts:

• 7:00am - 7:00pm
• 7:00pm - 7:00am (includes $2/hour shift premium)

What you'll do…

• Operate and monitor printing equipment
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machines
• Perform quality checks and basic maintenance
• Log production data and follow safety/GMP procedures
• Use SAP to complete production processes

What you'll need…

• Level I: Entry-level; basic mechanical aptitude and math skills. Manufacturing or print experience preferred
• Level II: 2+ years of manufacturing or print operating experience, or technical training
• Level III: 3+ years of experience operating specialized or high-speed machinery. Proven ability to set up, troubleshoot, and optimize print equipment.
