    Something New Is Taking Shape
Opening in November 2026, Yora Nordic Spa is a place to pause, reconnect and experience wellbeing through nature, hydrotherapy and authentic human connection. It is a space where our team will create thoughtful and welcoming experiences that help guests reconnect with themselves, with others and with the natural world around them.

We are now building our founding team - the people who will bring Yora Nordic Spa to life and shape our culture from the very beginning. Working at Yora means working in wellness and contributing to a workplace and guest experience that are simple, inclusive, natural and social.

    The Opportunity
The Bistro Supervisor will be part of Yora's founding Bistro team. Working alongside the Bistro Manager and Kitchen team, this role will help prepare the Front of House team and dining experience that will welcome Yora Nordic Spa's first guests in November 2026. This role is anticipated to start in mid-October 2026.

The Bistro Supervisor is the operational leader of the Front of House during assigned shifts. This hands-on role coordinates the team, manages guest flow, protects service standards and provides real-time coaching so every Bistro experience feels warm, relaxed and unhurried-even when every table is full.

    What You Will Do

    • Lead Front of House operations during assigned shifts and maintain a visible, hands-on presence throughout the dining room.
    • Coordinate reservations, seating, table availability, guest pacing and dining room flow.
    • Monitor wait times and service pace, adjusting priorities to minimize bottlenecks while protecting the guest experience.
    • Coordinate sections, stations, breaks and employee deployment based on guest demand.
    • Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate expected volumes, priorities and service considerations.
    • Ensure opening, closing, side work and service procedures are completed accurately.
    • Maintain exceptional dining room presentation, cleanliness and operational readiness.
    • Coordinate with the Kitchen team to support food quality, service timing, dietary requests and special requirements.
    • Provide real-time coaching, feedback and hands-on support to Front of House team members.
    • Support onboarding, training and cross-training while reinforcing Yora's service standards and procedures.
    • Respond professionally to guest feedback and service-recovery opportunities and escalate recurring concerns to the Bistro Manager.
    • Monitor POS, payment and cash-handling procedures and ensure accurate order entry and processing.
    • Support Bistro revenue, productivity, table-utilization and guest-flow goals without compromising a welcoming and unhurried experience.
    • Identify and communicate opportunities to improve service, productivity, organization and guest satisfaction.

    What You Bring

    • One or more years of Food and Beverage experience; previous supervisory or shift-lead experience is preferred.
    • Experience in a high-volume restaurant, hospitality, resort or premium service environment.
    • A strong understanding of guest service and Front of House restaurant operations.
    • The ability to coordinate guest flow, seating, service pace and employee deployment during busy periods.
    • Strong communication, coaching, organization and problem-solving skills.
    • Comfort using POS, reservation and restaurant operating systems.
    • The ability to remain calm, visible and organized in a fast-paced environment.
    • Appropriate responsible alcohol-service and food-safety certification, as required.
    • A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences through thoughtful service and connection.
