Bistro Byronz Front of House / Service Manager

We are currently hiring for a Front of House Service Managerposition for our Bistro Byronz Willow Grove location.

As a member of our restaurant team, you will be a critical part of creating a positive and unique dining experience for the guests visiting your restaurant. Regardless of the position, you and your team will be the reason your customers continue coming back.

Byronz Restaurant Family is seeking a FOH Manager / Service Manager. Candidate should have high energy, an eye for detail, motivational skills with staff, and ability to develop employees. Bistro Byronz is providing a unique dining experience and this role is responsible for ensuring that we uphold our standards of customer service and experience.

• Providing great customer service
• Ensuring each guest experience is exceptional
• Solving customer concerns and issues in a positive manner
• Managing FOH shifts
• Overseeing employee training
• Managing bar and LBW ordering
• Managing FOH labor and LBW costs
