Qualifications
Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing stairs. The employee must be able to lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this position, the employee travels by automobile and is exposed to changing weather conditions. The employee works in varied residential or public environments based on assigned families.
Hours: Core hours are 7:30 am - 4 pm, however, some evening hours to fulfill the needs of families and the team; a hybrid work model to include office time, remote and in the community.
