In this role, you'll maintain, repair, inspect, and install a wide range of clinical equipment while helping ensure our hospital meets the highest standards for safety and regulatory compliance. From preventive maintenance to emergency repairs, your expertise will directly impact the quality of care our patients receive every day.

What You'll Do

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of clinical and biomedical equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and complete work orders accurately and on time.
  • Evaluate equipment performance and recommend repairs or replacements when needed.
  • Perform incoming inspections on new, leased, and loaned medical equipment.
  • Maintain regulatory documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
  • Support nursing and clinical staff by providing equipment training and technical expertise.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to urgent equipment needs.
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure equipment is available, reliable, and operating safely.

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology or completion of a U.S. Military Biomedical Equipment Technology program preferred
  • At least two years of experience in biomedical equipment technology.
