Job Title Biology Department Student Worker Position Type Student Division Academic Affairs Department Biology Essential Duties

Assist the Biology Faculty, Teaching Assistants, and Graduate Assistants with prepping the BIOL 1106 and 1107 labs. The demands of lab prep often require working late at night and/or on weekends to ensure that labs can run properly on Monday. Some office work (preparing documents, copying handouts, etc.) may be required.

Required Qualifications

• Be a currently enrolled student
• Have a working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Forms
• Be detail oriented, precise, and self-sufficient
• Be willing to perform a variety of work independently or as a team
• Be able to work nights and on weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Majoring or Minoring in Biology is preferred but not required

Physical Demands
