Biologist requires:
Cell culture
Aseptic technique
dPCR, qPCR, and RNA-Seq analysis
pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated GxP laboratory environment
Knowledge of statistical analysis tools (e.g., GraphPad Prism)
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline
Hands-on experience with immunoassay techniques, molecular biology workflows, and laboratory automation platforms
Biologist duties:
Design, execute, and troubleshoot ELISA-based assays for target quantification
Assist with adaptation of manual ELISA workflows to automated liquid handling systems (e.g., Hamilton STAR/Nimbus, Beckman Biomek, or equivalent) to support high-throughput assays
Analyze samples using dPCR, qPCR and RNA-Seq pending project direction
Prepare reagents, buffers, and standards following established protocols and SOPs
Maintain accurate and detailed electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) records in compliance with data integrity standards
