Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $19.00 per hour
- Shift: Sunday - Thursday
- Hours: 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM
What You'll Do
As a Small Bindery Operator, you will:
- Set up and operate bindery equipment, including:
- Drill hole machines
- Corner round machines
- Wire-O binding equipment
- Shrink wrap machines
- Padding press equipment
- Monitor production runs for quality and accuracy
- Inspect finished products to ensure customer specifications are met
- Record and track job completion data
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support production goals while meeting quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Dependable attendance and positive work ethic
