Compensation: $22-$30/hr DOE

What You'll Do
- Operate and maintain bindery and finishing equipment
- Set up jobs according to production specifications
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep equipment operating efficiently
- Monitor workflow and production schedules to meet deadlines
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Equipment Experience Preferred
Experience with any of the following equipment is a plus:
- MBO Pile Feed Folders
- MBO Continuous Feed Folders
- Stahl Continuous Feed Folders
- Muller Martini Saddle Stitchers
- Polar Cutters
- Heidelberg Cylinder Die Cutters
What We're Looking For
- Previous commercial bindery experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
