Responsibilities:- Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders
- Monitor machine performance, make adjustments, and ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues to keep production running efficiently
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Requirements:- Experience operating machinery in manufacturing, warehouse, trades, or similar environments
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic tools
- Ability to read basic job instructions, measurements, and specifications
- Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
