Location: Minneapolis, MN Wage: $25.00 – $32.00/hr. | DOE Hours:

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | Monday – Friday

Operational Note: Flexibility for overtime during peak production periods may be required.

Duties of the bindery equipment operator:

• Operate industrial cutters, folders, stitchers, and binders
• Set up machines and troubleshoot production issues
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs
• Train new staff on equipment and safety protocols

Requirements of the bindery equipment operator:

• 1–2 years of experience in bindery or print production
• Proficiency with multiple types of bindery machinery
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. and stand for long periods
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
