BIM/VDC Modeler - Civil & Site Construction

Love turning grading plans into models crews can actually build from? A growing specialty site contractor serving Ohio and Pennsylvania is looking for a BIM/VDC Modeler to own the digital side of its projects, from the first bid to final grade. Your day to day: build 3D site and surface models in Civil 3D, Revit and AutoCAD; prepare machine-control files and cut/fill quantities for the field; catch conflicts early and resolve them with PMs and engineers; give estimating the quantities and visuals they need for bids; stay connected with superintendents and fix model issues fast. What we are looking for: 1 to 5 years in BIM, VDC or civil design with hands-on earthwork, grading, site work or utilities experience (required); comfort in Civil 3D, Revit and AutoCAD, with Bluebeam, Revizto or Autodesk Construction Cloud a bonus; a civil, construction management or related degree is a plus; detail-minded and able to juggle several projects.
