BIM / VDC Modeler - Civil (Hybrid / Remote)

BIM / VDC MODELER – CIVIL SITEWORK – HYBRID OR REMOTE!

A growing civil site-development contractor is looking for a BIM/VDC Modeler to join their team! Work hybrid in Northeast Ohio or fully remote from anywhere while building the 3D models that drive earthwork and site utility projects.

BIM / VDC MODELER QUALIFICATIONS:

️ Experience building 3D models for civil, earthwork, or site utility projects

️ Proficiency with Civil 3D or similar modeling software

️ Experience creating surfaces and models for machine control, quantities, and field layout is a plus

️ Ability to read civil plans and coordinate with estimating and field teams

️ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

️ Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid setting

BIM / VDC MODELER COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

$60,000 - $80,000
