BIM/VDC Coordinator, Steel Projects - Seabrook TX

Looking for BIM/VDC work on structural steel projects near Seabrook? As BIM/VDC Coordinator, you'll lead 3D modeling and digital coordination, keeping the shop, the field, and the design team aligned and catching clashes before they become costly fixes.

Your responsibilities

• Help improve VDC processes and technology across projects
• Support erection, detailing, and fabrication teams with model-based workflows
• Create and manage 3D models in Tekla Structures, Navisworks, and Revit
• Organize and maintain project files, models, and standards
• Lead coordination meetings with engineers and trades and run clash detection

Your background

• Understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Tekla, Navisworks, and/or Revit
• 3+ years of BIM/VDC experience in steel, construction, or engineering

Compensation & benefits

• $85K–$105K based on experience
• Benefits package
