  • Maintain, update, and manage BIM models to accurately reflect field conditions and construction progress.
  • Attend and actively participate in coordination meetings with project stakeholders, presenting model updates and clash reports.
  • Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans and project standards, maintaining consistency and quality across all models.
  • Collaborate with construction-phase teams to support layout, installation, and sequencing based on coordinated models.
  • Document changes and decisions made during coordination and communicate updates to relevant project team members.

  • Experience supporting construction-phase coordination and working closely with field and subcontractor teams.
  • Background in mechanical, electrical, or process piping systems, with the ability to understand MEP drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with BIM and VDC processes in a construction environment.
  • Ability to interpret and adhere to BIM Execution Plans and project standards.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with design teams, subcontractors, and field personnel.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple coordination tasks in a fast-paced project environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with construction industry practices and workflows.
  • Ability to contribute to a collaborative, mentoring-focused culture.
  • Interest in innovative technologies and processes related to BIM/VDC and applied technology.
  • Comfort working within a flexible, hybrid-oriented company culture when not on-site at the project.
