Job Description

The BIM Coordinator will report to the Virtual Design and Construction Manager and work closely with project management, field operations, and design teams to support successful project delivery.

  • Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
  • Facilitate clash detection and model coordination meetings using industry-standard software
  • Manage model updates and ensure compliance with project BIM execution plans
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve constructability issues before construction begins
  • Support field teams with model utilization, coordination drawings, and installation planning
  • Produce reports, visualizations, and project documentation from BIM models
  • Assist with implementation and continuous improvement of BIM and VDC processes

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of BIM, VDC, design coordination, or construction technology experience
  • Experience supporting commercial construction or engineering projects
  • Strong proficiency with Autodesk Revit
  • Experience with Navisworks Manage and clash detection workflows
  • Understanding of construction documents, shop drawings, and construction sequencing
  • Knowledge of MEP, structural, and architectural building systems
  • Familiarity with Procore and construction management platforms is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, BIM Technology, or a related field preferred
