Job Description
The BIM Coordinator will report to the Virtual Design and Construction Manager and work closely with project management, field operations, and design teams to support successful project delivery.
- Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
- Facilitate clash detection and model coordination meetings using industry-standard software
- Manage model updates and ensure compliance with project BIM execution plans
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve constructability issues before construction begins
- Support field teams with model utilization, coordination drawings, and installation planning
- Produce reports, visualizations, and project documentation from BIM models
- Assist with implementation and continuous improvement of BIM and VDC processes

The Successful Applicant
- 2+ years of BIM, VDC, design coordination, or construction technology experience
- Experience supporting commercial construction or engineering projects
- Strong proficiency with Autodesk Revit
- Experience with Navisworks Manage and clash detection workflows
- Understanding of construction documents, shop drawings, and construction sequencing
- Knowledge of MEP, structural, and architectural building systems
- Familiarity with Procore and construction management platforms is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, BIM Technology, or a related field preferred
