ITegrity is currently seeking a Billing Specialist to work with the team to process invoicing to the government. Currently, employees are required to be in the office 5 days per week in Silver Spring, MD. This is subject to change based on government requirements.Must possess an understanding of monthly invoicing. This person or persons will be a member of the Office of Dissemination Telecoms Team and will provide support in the areas of invoice certification, transcribing 811 data, and ensuring data is properly sent to finance.Utilize TEMS to manage and keep track of various wireless, voice, and data services to understand total telecom costs. This position will require the examination of a variety of financial statements for completeness, internal accuracy, and conformance with uniform accounting classifications.Reconcile reports and financial data with a statement on file and point out apparentinconsistencies or errors. Prepare simple financial statements not involving problems of analysis.This position requires the person to be proficient in Microsoft Excel.RequireGood interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate and coordinate work with client groups.Thorough knowledge of creating and manipulating spreadsheets in Excel.
