Job Summary


We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our Billing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate billing records, resolving billing issues, and ensuring timely and accurate billing operations.


Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update billing records and customer accounts.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payments.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy.
• Process billing adjustments, credits, and account updates.
• Assist with reporting and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of billing experience.
• Experience using MINTS billing software is required.
• Must be willing and able to work a fixed schedule.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
