Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a skilled billing specialist to join their team - ABA Clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in ABA billing and a strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures. The billing specialist will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing insurance claims, following up on outstanding balances, and ensuring timely reimbursement for services provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for ABA services

- Accurately enter and submit claims to insurance companies

- Monitor and track claims to ensure timely payment

- Resolve any billing issues or denials with insurance companies

- Follow up on outstanding balances and aging claims

- Communicate with insurance companies and clients regarding billing inquiries

- Maintain accurate and organized billing records

- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure accurate and timely billing for services provided

- Stay up-to-date on insurance policies and procedures related to ABA services

Qualifications: 

- Experience and familiar with DWIHN

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing in ABA services

- Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures related to ABA services

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
