LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with organizations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex to identify skilled Billing Specialists for contract and temporary assignments. These opportunities are ideal for professionals who enjoy balancing financial accuracy with client interaction and are experienced in managing invoicing processes from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare and distribute invoices in accordance with client agreements and billing schedules
• Review contracts, purchase orders, and supporting documentation to ensure billing accuracy
• Investigate and reconcile invoice discrepancies
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on payment inquiries
• Maintain billing records and update customer account information
• Partner with accounting, operations, and customer-facing teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Support reporting and audit requests as needed

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or revenue operations
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software platforms
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, or similar platforms
• Exposure to high-volume billing environments
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline
