Title: Billing Specialist
Reports To: Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Setting: 100% On Site
Location: Goodyear, AZ 85338
Hours: Full Time Mon - Fri 
Project: 3 - 4 months
Pay Rate: $26–$28/hour

 
We’re hiring an Invoicing/Billing Specialist to manage high volume procurement and invoice processing, with a strong focus on IT purchases. This role oversees end-to-end purchasing activities and plays a key role during fiscal year-end.
What You’ll Do
  • Manage end-to-end invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and budget alignment
  • Oversee IT purchasing activities (approx. 90% of the role)
  • Track and manage purchase orders for software and hardware
  • Process high volumes of annual renewals, especially around fiscal year-end
  • Review and intake purchase requests via IT tickets, including bulk purchases
  • Open POs and partner with up to eight department managers on procurement needs
  • Manage monthly telecom billing, supporting multiple teams with budget tracking

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong experience in invoicing and purchasing
  • ERP experience (Tyler Munis preferred; others welcome)
  • Proven IT purchasing experience

Nice to Have
  • Tyler Munis ERP experience
  • Previous government or public sector experience
